Kami Fubuki/Glitter Placement Nail Art.
So I have a simple but effective design for you guys today. I really like this because it is so easy and quick!
I discovered this type of glitter/sequin from TWI_STAR’s funfetti cake nail art video. You can check this out here.👇
But the Kami Fubuki name didn’t appear to me until Sveta Sanders video. You can check this out here as well.👇
I then searched the hashtag, then realised… 😂
I bought a pot of dots in three different sizes and three different colours. I got this from eBay. You can buy them at the link below.👇
Without further ado, let’s begin!
So I began like I normally do by applying O.P.I’s Glitter Off base coat. I then applied one coat, yes, you read it correctly, ONE COAT of Revlon’s Socialite. Here’s my swatch photo.👇
I then used Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat to half of my nails, although, if you have ordinary clear nail polish, use that instead. It’ll give you more time to apply the glitters. I didn’t because I don’t have any. You can see I planned this well can’t you… 😂
Now it’s time to apply the glitters individually to the wet half of your nail. I licked the end of an orange wood and used that to pick up the glitters. Then repeat on the other side.
I then applied a nice thick coat of Seche Vite.
Here’s the video.👇
I hope you enjoyed reading and watching my latest design. If you do this yourself, be sure to tag me (@annes.nails) or use the hashtag #annesnails.
Thank you. 😘
